AGE LIMIT: Candidates upper age should be 30 years for post 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 9 to 14, 35 years for post 4, 7, 25 years for post 8 as on last date of receipt of applications. Age relaxations are applicable as per rules.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Candidates should have A recognized medical qualification included in l or II Schedule or Part II of the 3rd Schedule (other than the licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the 34d Schedule should ful fil the conditions stipulated in subsection (3) of the Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 for post 1, 3, Master’s degree in Biochemistry of a recognized University/ Institution for post 2, B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized Institution for post 4, Direct Entry for holder BE/ B.Tech (Comp. Science/ Computer Engineering) for post 5 for more information refer notification.

APPLICATION FEE: Candidates have to pay Rs. 500/- through a challan form in any branch of State Bank of India or online mode only. No fee for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Women candidates.
